Our Services

Bespoke Accounting offer a diverse and extensive array of accounting services. We will work with you to determine what services your business requires and our experienced team will then tailor your own online accounts system to suit your specific needs. No two businesses are the same and our service certainly reflects this. It is the only way to achieve optimum organisation, efficiency, customer loyalty and cost effectiveness.

Cloud accounting and the power of the apps

A beautiful cloud accounting platform forms the foundation stone of our service. Get a completely up-to-date, real time view of your business information at any time, anywhere. And streamline all your financial admin processes by moving your invoicing and payments online - so you get paid quicker and can manage your cash flow more effectively.

And that's just the start. There is a whole marketplace of Apps that provide plug-in tools and solutions to create your own tailored business system. Add automated debtor tracking, Point of Sale tools, advanced reporting functions or even remove the need for manual data-entry of your paperwork and bookkeeping.

Training and Ongoing Support

We don't simply set up your accounts system and leave you to it. You will benefit from unlimited access to our entire team. We'll provide initial training on your cloud accounting system and also provide on-going support for you and your team. We'll always be on hand, whether you need advice on ad-hoc matters or have any queries about using the system.

Virtual Financial Management

It’s no longer about bookkeeping…

It’s not just about doing what you need to comply with the law and to keep the Tax Man happy (and you definitely need to do that!).  It’s not just about saving you time.  It’s about helping you to build a great business.  This is why we go beyond simply entering data.

We don’t call it bookkeeping.  It’s much more than that.  It’s a Virtual Financial Management service.

Tax Solutions

Self-assessment is complicated. There are strict deadlines for registering for Self Assessment, different filing deadlines depending upon whether you file a paper tax return or online, and two key dates for paying tax.

Not only do you need to complete the return correctly, you have to self-assess. That means calculating your tax liability. And that's difficult.

Get it wrong and you will have to pay a penalty. And interest. You'll get a penalty of £100 if your tax return is up to 3 months late; you'll have to pay more if it's later, or if you pay your tax bill late.

Taking away the hassle… Rather than spending hours figuring out which pages to complete, what to put in the boxes, how to calculate any tax due and meeting the filing deadlines, our Tax Completion service takes that hassle away. Don't waste time or worry about getting things wrong, we'll do it all for you.

"This was my first full tax year as a sole trader and I needed to get my tax return done quickly in order to complete a mortgage in principle. As you can imagine moving house and doing taxes is pretty stressful but Bob and Karen helped to make the process smooth and seamless. I couldn’t be more grateful for the efforts they put in. Our mortgage was accepted and we had the offer on our dream home accepted.
Bob and the team have also set me up with Xero for the new financial year, they’re helping me to improve my processes and streamline my accounts. I’m excited to see the difference it will make going forward!"

Your cloud accounting solution

Accounts are a necessary evil -at least that’s the traditional view.  You have to produce fully compliant year-end accounts by law.

So we might as well do the job properly and turn what is normally seen as a necessary evil into what financial statements should be - the core management tool for every business.  A management tool which reports the current health of your business and aids decision making so you build a great business.

Your cloud payroll solution

Employing people is complicated. As an employer, you have a number of legal obligations when paying your staff.

These include:
  • providing workers with an itemised pay statement
  • complying with national minimum wage law
  • making statutory payments, e.g. maternity, ordinary paternity, additional paternity, adoption, sick and guarantee pay
  • only making lawful deductions from wages

Why give yourself unnecessary worry and stress when you can offload your payroll obligations to us? You can then free up your valuable time to concentrate on the important business of running your company.
